My major is Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, and I have obtained the CTCSOL certificate, the Level 2-A Putonghua Proficiency Certificate, and the Senior Chinese Language Teacher Qualification. I have eight years of experience teaching Chinese both online and offline. My students come from all over the world, and differences in age or native language never hinder our learning and communication. I have the patience to listen and respond. I love when students ask me questions and always encourage them to do so because thinking leads to questions, and only by thinking can we find answers. Thinking is what drives progress. Over the past eight years of teaching Chinese, I have answered countless questions, so I can easily identify the words, sentences, and grammar points that are the most challenging or commonly misused by foreign learners. In my personal life, I enjoy traveling, hiking, cycling, watching movies, and making friends. I’m also a food blogger who loves sharing cooking tips.
