From my experience, group classes have proven to be more effective than one-on-one sessions, as they incorporate an element of motivation and camaraderie. Practicing alongside others who share similar challenges helps build confidence, as you realize that we're all learning and mistakes are common. Additionally, it gives us the opportunity to engage in fun exercises and games. It's also a chance to meet people from around the world.
