My classroom environment varies and heavily depends on the context, collective group dynamic, and the learning outcomes. A powerful technique I use is the Learn-by-Teaching with a role-reversal and the student takes the opportunity to mimic what the teacher has taught. Once a student teaches something it is cognitively reinforced and brings immediate confidence. The terms discussion-based, student-centered, collaborative, differentiated, and flipped classroom describe my approach.
