Hi everyone! I’m a teacher from Taizhou, Jiangsu, China. Our city is famous for its morning tea culture, so if you ever get the chance, you must come and give it a try! In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, exploring Chinese poetry, and appreciating Chinese martial arts. If you share the same interests as I do, as we say in China, it must be destiny! I also enjoy sharing it with friends who are interested in learning Chinese. With over a decade of offline Mandarin teaching experience, I’ve successfully taught more than 1,000 children to speak Chinese. My teaching style is humorous and engaging, which makes my classes very popular with kids. I tailor my methods to suit each student’s cognitive level. For example, when teaching Pinyin, I use a coordinate method that makes it easier for students to master pronunciation rules. When introducing Chinese festivals, I incorporate traditional foods and customs to help students gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.
