My name is Luna and I love learning about new cultures, traveling, trekking, reading, and teaching languages. 😊 I have been a Spanish tutor for over three years at my university, developing personalized teaching skills and creating didactic materials for language learning. I have taught exchange students (with different levels of Spanish), as well as native Spanish students, helping them to improve their communication skills in areas such as reading comprehension, writing and oral expression. In my classes, we will develop together a learning plan focused on your goals, which may be academic (passing an exam, improving in school or university), work (preparing for interviews), for traveling, or simply for the pleasure of learning a new language. I will also take into account your time, level of Spanish and your main strengths and areas for improvement. Besides being a tutor, I am learning a new language (German), so I know how challenging and frustrating the process can be, but also how much fun it is with the right guidance. The idea is that our classes are a safe and friendly space where you feel free to make mistakes and ask all the necessary questions. I hope to see you in class soon! 😊

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
