Hello, Classgap student!
My name is Valentin, I am 21 years old and I am currently in my second year of engineering school at CentraleSupélec.
I have loved science from a very young age, and particularly mathematics for its abstraction and the rigor it requires. So in middle school, my favorite subjects were mathematics and physics. I continued on this path in high school by preparing for a scientific baccalaureate, then moving towards the scientific preparatory class with the aim of joining an engineering school.
I have been giving lessons for 4 years now. It always went well and I was able to gain experience in how to work with the students. However, online classes are a first for me this year. I chose to try online courses on Classgap so that I could contribute as much as possible to the success of new students. It is a real pleasure for me to follow students and share my knowledge and advice with them so that they progress and are satisfied when they see this progress.
I adapt the way I present knowledge, I articulate the lessons and have them revised according to the student's profile. All students are different from each other, which is why it is very important that the way knowledge is presented to the student corresponds to how they function.
I also adapt to the objective of the student and his parents, whether it is a refresher course, continuous monitoring over the year or even improvement.
I adapt the course content to the set objective. In general, I start with the theoretical part, with an in-depth review of the elements seen in class. Then, secondly, I move on to the practical part, the most important because it allows me to identify the student's difficulties and to remedy them. After the lesson, I give a report to the parents, discussing the progress made and what remains to be accomplished. This is an important part, parents must monitor the progress of the lessons.
My courses are aimed at all students who are diligent, involved and eager to succeed.
