Hello everyone, Presentation I am Thomas from Paris. I am a self-taught in the field of languages. I speak 6 foreign languages, in addition to my native French. I am passionate about languages, linguistics and techniques to learn foreign languages most effectively. My teaching philosophy I consider it essential to seek relaxation during my classes. My teaching principle is based on the absence of tension during the learning process. It is also important for me to always adapt to the student's style. Therefore I always adapt to the student's way of being and learning style. My teaching methodology My teaching method is mainly based on constructivism, similarities and the unconscious. First of all, I see teaching as a collaborative co-construction between the teacher and the student. Thus, I always seek to use the student's feedback to adapt my teaching style. My goal is to start from the student's current world map and reconstruct it into a map enriched with linguistic knowledge. Second, I always use what the student already knows. This allows me to build on the student's native language as well as other language skills acquired throughout their life. It is easier to learn from what the student already knows and build on it. Finally, I use the unconscious during my learning. In practice I always try to teach you directly at the unconscious level, seeking to implant the information directly at the deepest level of your being. My Tools I have an affinity for mind maps and songs. I like to use them to illustrate certain concepts and ideas visually. It is a simple tool to use and very powerful for memorization.
