I have the habit of looking at problems from a `PHYSICS' point of view. It helps, because more than half of the problem is solved, if resorted to this approach. A `good teacher' is the sum of bad experiences as a student. Hence, I have learned to place myself in the student's shoes. To me teaching is more of a discussion rather than a one way conversation. In my seventeen years of teaching experience, I had students of all kinds. Many have excelled, others have passed with moderate marks, but all were able to overcome their fear for the subject and appreciate its beauty and richness in course of time.
