Siyuan es una profesora de chino titulada nativa muy competente, que además habla español e inglés a la perfección. Lleva casi un año dándoles clase a mis dos hijos (4 y 5 años), y no tenemos más que elogios hacia ella. Los niños están aprendiendo chino casi sin esfuerzo, aunque ahora están empezando a aprender a escribir los caracteres y les costará un poco más. Siyuan hace que las clases sean muy amenas, y las prepara acorde con el tipo de alumno. No me cabe duda de que también es una excelente profesora de adultos y niños mayores, porque tiene muchos intereses culturales y habilidad pedagógica. En nuestro caso, la inmersión en el idioma chino ha sido total y muy diferente a una típica clase, por tratarse de niños muy pequeños. Siyuan ha conseguido conectar perfectamente con ellos y que vean el aprendizaje como un juego, lo cual es imprescindible a estas edades.

Siyuan es una excelente profesora, muy cercana y que se adapta a tus tiempo. No es una presión estudiar con ella, y lo mejor es que disfrutar aprendiendo.

• Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
