About me

Hello! My name is Simon, and I'm thrilled to potentially be your new teacher. With years of experience in education, I've had the pleasure of teaching English and French to a wide range of students, from young learners in India to local communities in Ecuador. My teaching journey has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to connect with diverse cultures and help students achieve their language goals. I'm passionate about creating engaging and supportive learning environments where students feel comfortable and motivated. My approach is interactive and tailored to each student's needs, ensuring that our lessons are not only educational but also enjoyable. Outside of teaching, I am a permaculture designer, working with my team to create sustainable landscapes. I also homeschool my children in French, which keeps me constantly learning and growing. In my free time, I love exploring different cultures, particularly those in Latin America, and I enjoy spending time in nature, finding inspiration for my poetic and reflective writing.
