Hello! My name is Raz Failagao, English tutor with a degree in Biological Sciences. In my role as an English proficiency instructor, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous students, many of whom lacked high school diplomas or college degrees, into successful careers in call centers. Witnessing their growth from entry-level positions to managerial roles has been immensely rewarding. Moreover, I've assisted students in preparing for the IELTS exam, opening doors to brighter opportunities. Notably, I played a pivotal role in the transformation of a small-scale call center in Iloilo, Philippines, into one of the city's largest operations. As head of multiple departments, I spearheaded key corporate initiatives, including training programs for managers and teams. My contributions extended to the development and implementation of essential corporate processes that continue to underpin the center's operations. Additionally, I maintained client relations, ensuring the success of various campaigns with unwavering integrity. Presently, I'm leveraging my expertise in tutoring students from over 95 countries.
