In reality, teaching professions require above all knowing how to listen to students in order to be as close as possible to their needs. Knowing how to detect a student in difficulty in order to provide them with individualized help, being able to adapt your course according to the level of a class, or offering educational activities likely to appeal to as many people as possible.
