Passionate and open-minded yoga teacher with extensive knowledge of yoga therapy, yoga philosophy, yoga physiology and yoga anatomy as well as mastery of meditation. I offer private lessons for all levels, adapted to the needs individual. A caring, understanding teacher who listens to his students. My goal is to help you achieve better health and well-being by using yoga techniques. My name is Myriam and I will be delighted to begin this journey of transformation with you.
