Melany makes learning fun and effective. In just 4 months, she has improved my Spanish level so that I speak more fluently and coherently. She has significantly improved my pronunciation and explained to me how Spanish grammar is used in practice. Furthermore, she has taught my two boys, aged 9 and 18, who had no prior knowledge to start with. With her sweet nature and her always joyful and smiling demeanor, it has always been a pleasure for them to learn a new language. As she masters both children at the beginner level and the more advanced technical Spanish, I highly recommend her teaching if you are just curious or need to learn it for school or university. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?
