I use Spaced Repetition, and a system of learning using guided learning, freer and free practise, and include activities to help you learn listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
My students talk 70% of the time, and I only speak 30% of the time, so you are guaranteed enough time to repeat and move things from short term into long term memory.
