Hello! I'm Luis, a violinist and violist. I studied my violin career in Barcelona, at the Superior School of Music of Catalonia (ESMUC), and later went to study two official master's degrees in London, at the Royal College of Music and at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. After that, I also completed a master's degree in viola at the Liceu Superior Conservatory in Barcelona. I have been teaching classes to students of all ages for over 15 years, and I have also worked as a teacher at the Professional Conservatory of Liceu and at the Superior Conservatory of Aragon. I am looking forward to getting started and adapting the classes to your preferences: classical, modern, jazz... We can do both online and in-person classes, and I can adapt to teach either at your home or in my apartment. I try to be very flexible with students, while also enjoying planning a roadmap with each individual. It is very important to keep them motivated, always with a correct and pleasant tone, but also encouraging and motivating them to stay on the right path. It is crucial that the student sees the teacher as a role model in the classroom, so I always bring my violin and play examples for them, and many times we play pieces together as a duo.
