Lavoro da cinque anni in una associazione svizzera che si occupa di integrazione. Offro corsi di francese di vario livello e laboratori di integrazione a gruppi di migranti cercando di ingrandire il contesto d'uso della lingua del paese che li accoglie e soprattutto di stabilire un ponte tra le differenti culture, generazioni ed esperienze. Prediligo il metodo pedagogico attivo, che rende gli alunni partecipi all'organizzazione e alla pianificazione degli obbiettivi tenendo conto dei loro bisogni in parallelo agli obbiettivi d'insegnamento. L'alunno è l'attore, non spettatore dei miei corsi. E' solo così che si crea un clima spontaneo, un'atmosfera dove vengono riconosciute l'originalità e la specificità e l'alunno trova il suo posto grazie alla condivisione. Mettere un alunno a proprio agio e dargli il giusto spazio per uno scambio, per parlare, fare conoscenza, in una nuova lingua.
