In the sessions we will work on the blockages that make it difficult for you to achieve your goals and how the body represents this state and feels the blockages.
Through this embodied emotional and psychological integration, you will be surprised at how any change is much easier than you had thought. You will gain a space of security within yourself, where integrating emotions, blockages and trauma moves within your tolerance zone.
In the sessions you will learn tools to improve your self-esteem, confidence and manage stress and anxiety in a very practical and personal way.
