Hello! I'm Hannah Yassine.
I have an Electronics Degree from the University of Reading.
I am an online Maths tutor, for KS2 to GCSE.
I am friendly and polite, I'm aware that every student is unique, so I tailor my approach to match their learning style, pace, and specific areas of improvement. Whether they're struggling with basic arithmetic or tackling algebra, I adapt my teaching methods to suit their needs.
Clear Explanation of Concepts: I break down complex mathematical concepts into simpler, more digestible parts, ensuring that students grasp the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced topics. I use real-world examples whenever possible to illustrate abstract ideas and make them more relatable.
Practice and Reinforcement: Practice makes perfect, so I provide plenty of opportunities for students to apply what they've learned through practice problems, worksheets, and exercises. I also offer constructive feedback and guidance to help them overcome challenges and build confidence in their abilities.
Flexible Scheduling: I understand that students have busy schedules, so I offer flexible scheduling including rescheduling up to two times with no fee, I strive to make learning convenient and accessible.
I also am happy to discuss whether the help required is short term (homework help) or long term (a more structured and comprehensive experience)
My goal is not just to help students succeed academically but also to instil in them a lifelong love of learning. That being said, tutoring is a two way street. So I will need the student to help me help them
