Let me introduce myself, my name is Geraldine Delgado. I am a professional in Industrial Engineering, a technologist in environmental management systems and an internal auditor in quality management systems with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, who has and develops complementary studies in risk management, business process management, project management, administration of business processes, internal control, anti-bribery system, sarlaft, agile scrum methodologies, management of computer systems, databases, audit courses in integrated management systems, English language (Level B2), logistics, finance, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP ) and other additional studies related to cybersecurity and information security. I also studied plastic arts, which makes it easier for me to apply and teach drawing and painting.
At the academic level, I was an academic honor roll in all my school years, being the best high school graduate in my school. In relation to academic teaching, I have given private lessons to elementary and high school children in the subjects of Mathematics, Spanish, Natural Sciences, Chemistry and Artistic Education, supporting their student progress, giving study techniques and reinforcements so that the child (a)/young person acquires more interest and better performance in school based on his personality. In addition, I have led educational talks in rural schools with exhibitions and fun activities.
At a business level, I train groups and companies in integrated management systems (quality, environmental, occupational health and safety), risk management, business process management, anti-bribery system, sarlaft and business continuity plan. Regarding the above topics, it explains what the organization requires, such as generalities, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, including tools and techniques for its development.
