About me

Foreign languages teacher for young minds: Let's explore new cultures together!

I am a 22-year-old university student with a degree in Translation and Liaison Interpreting and a lifelong passion for foreign languages and artistic disciplines. I am currently attending the Master's degree course in 'Modern Languages, Literature and Intercultural Translation'. I have studied English for as long as I can remember and have also studied Spanish and German for many years. However, I would like to learn as many languages as possible in my life. In this sense, I have had the opportunity to learn Russian through a university course. I enjoy reading and writing, especially works of poetry, and I express my personality through singing. I live surrounded by teachers, in fact most of my relatives are devoted to this profession and I grew up wanting to become part of the teaching body too (more specifically at secondary schools) and spread knowledge, culture and curiosity among the young minds of our society. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to do two English substitute teaching assignments at the secondary school in the municipality where I live, because it was thanks to them that I consciously decided to continue my didactic training to teach. In 2022, I passed the 24 CFUs that will allow me access to the competition to become a tenured teacher. A quote that describes me perfectly is "Memento Audere Semper", or "Always remember to dare", because human greatness lies precisely in being able to understand one's limits and proactively overcome them. I hope not only to support girls and boys with learning difficulties in the best way possible, but also to enrich them and inspire them to discover their own strengths and attitudes.
