I'm Ume Hanni, an MBBS doctor dedicated to fostering a love for biology among students. With a passion for education and a background in medicine, I aim to make the study of biology an engaging and enjoyable experience. Instead of just memorization; I believe that true understanding comes from active participation and curiosity-driven exploration.
In my teaching strategy, I emphasize the importance of going beyond mere facts and figures.
Drawing upon my medical expertise, I bring real-world relevance to the subject matter, explaining how biological concepts manifest in the human body and the world around us. Whether it's unraveling the mysteries of cellular biology or exploring the intricacies of the human anatomy, I make sure to help my students learn the complex concepts in a way which makes it easier for them to grasp.
I also inculcate visual aids such as animated videos ,well written notes with diagram depictions to help students with their learning.
For the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of teaching students at various academic levels, ranging from matriculation and FSc to O Levels, A Levels, IB Biology, AP Biology, and MCAT preparation. Witnessing the spark in their eyes when they grasp a challenging concept is what fuels my passion for teaching.
My ”teaching methodology” revolves around tailoring lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student. This involves carefully assessing their understanding of fundamental concepts and building upon their existing knowledge base. Whether it's elaborating the principles of IB Biology, delving into the complexities of AP Biology, or preparing students for the rigorous demands of MCAT, I am dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support.
In my classroom, active engagement is paramount. I foster an environment where questions are not only welcomed but encouraged and by integrating real-world examples and applications, I aim to instill a deep appreciation for the subject matter and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options: - Debit / Credit - Paypal Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
Where are the lessons held?
