I consider the subject of history to be one that encourages and fosters intellectual curiosity and my passion and energy as a teacher has always helped me form excellent relationships with my students and peers, and my attitude to learning, in a variety of fashions, ensures that students attain enthusiasm for the subject and achieve in this area.
I am an experienced Head of Secondary and currently serve as the Director of Education, bringing a wealth of expertise in academic leadership, curriculum design, and examination processes. With a strong foundation as a historian, I am well-versed in a range of subjects and deeply knowledgeable about examinations, exam boards, and supporting parents and students in transitioning to homeschooling programs, including guidance on selecting suitable exam boards.

Head of Key Stage 4 (KS4) and Head of History at ISS, an international school in Seychelles, I was responsible for teaching and monitoring History up to A2 level.
Junior History Coordinator / Teacher of History / EPQ Coordinator at The Senior School, Nicosia, Cyprus, where I contributed to a well-established, not-for-profit institution serving students aged 11 to 19.
History Coordinator at The British School of Gran Canaria, Spain.
