Hello, my name is Crystal and I am a Native English Speaker. I believe that learning languages can be fun and doesn't have to be a chore. I have worked as a career coach where I coached students on their job interview preparations in English, helping them present themselves confidently to their potential future employers. Many of these students were not proficient in basic English skills so I worked with them to get them to the level of English and the level of confidence they required. My specific teaching style is to use fun and interactive methods, focusing on conversational fluency as well as grammatical improvements over time. We will set goals for each lesson and accomplish them by the end of the lesson. At the start of each new lesson, we will have a little practice run of what we previously learned. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?
