I spent over 20 years working in the hotel and catering industry and I also went to Culinary school in the USA. I have worked in front-of house as well, in 5* hotels. My culinary experience is mostly in Western cooking and desserts. Some of you may be wanting to enter the Hospitality industry, maybe working in hotels abroad or working on the ships,etc. I am familiar with the English and American terminology and colloquial speech used in this industry, so I can help you with that too. I know learning languages takes a lot of effort and practice, especially if you want to be good at it. I studied German in high School and at one stage back then I could speak it fairly well. I have learned to speak Thai fluently, since I have been in Thailand and I can speak Dutch at conversational level.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
