Hello!
Thank you for considering me as your math teacher/mentor/tutor. Beyond simply preparing for an exam, I am interested that you understand the basic and fundamental concepts of the subject we are studying, and seeing how it relates to others. All things are related to each other, and it is very interesting to find out.
We can mix our classes with theory, exercises, videos, simulations, some programming, leave homework or not, propose new topics, discover or remember concepts together, in short, I am open to your needs and ideas.
I have experience teaching classes both in person and online, for universities in Bogotá and for schools through the internet. At universities I have taught subjects related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, mathematics, programming, robotics, social networks, marketing, big data, statistics, among others. For schools, through the internet, I have taught math, english, geometry, biology and preparation for SABER 11. I am also a teacher of Spanish as a foreign language (ELE).
When it comes to personalized classes, my suggestion is that they are not more than one hour, and at least half an hour, in order to maintain concentration. It is also helpful to have at least two sessions per week, to keep things fresh and to see significant progress. We can take fewer or more classes a week, depending on your availability and interest, but one class is too little to get ahead quickly, and more than two classes can be a bit overwhelming.
I wish you much success, and I invite you to discover my content and books on the internet.
