Hello, everyone! I'm BONNIE from the river city of Wuhan, China. I graduated from Wuhan University majoring in English. I am the internal trainer of a French company, mainly training leadership courses, and also the Chinese teacher of the French people in the company. I teach them Chinese pinyin, grammar, oral practice, and words related to the company's business. We are very happy in the weekly Chinese class, because apart from learning Chinese, we can also exchange the local customs of our respective countries. As a trainer with more than ten years of experience, I know that the complete course system should be designed from the aspects of student needs, course objectives, training materials, training methods, and after-class evaluation. Building good relationships with students is a prerequisite for sustainable learning. Understanding students' needs and providing matching textbooks and curriculum are the foundation, especially for adult students. According to the learning pyramid principle, the lecturer should output the learning content from multiple channels. In my class, although the teaching of knowledge points is very important, it is still more necessary to use interactive or game methods to allow students to practice more scenes, so as to apply what they have learned.
