I've been working as tutor since twelve years ago. I decided to start with it because of my classmates were congratulated with me when I helped them during our university studies. They adressed me some good skills I had to be a good teacher. I've been improving this skils till now but the keys are the same I ever have: to encourage the persons i'm teaching to be active and participative in what they are studying as well as show them, or, better, I ease them show themselves that the learning is reachable and they are able to control and use the knowledge they get. And once we got it, I try to ease resources, tools and techniques to adapt the educational proceses to the each one way of learning. I'm speacially focused on this adaptability of teaching.
¿What are the experience and tools I have to perform? I have 12 years of experience as tutor plus my experience as high school teacher of Maths, Science and Electronics. I have a degree in Physics ant the capacitation to be Secondary Teacher un Spain. My skills include empathy, compromise, flexibility, respect a knoledge of diversity and difference in all its forms, as well pedagogical metodologies centered on students gotten by my personal inquiry, supported by compiling, reading and synthezing lots of literature and profesional experiences.
I want to emphasize that my interest on tutoring is focuss in addition to those cases that require more atenttion and individual personal intervention, like students with learning difficulties, or to those who want support in learning processes they want to expand.
