Alan es un profesor extraordinario. Profesional, divertido, entretenido, motivador... Las clases con él pasan muy rápido. Me encanta como imparte la clase, lo tiene todo preparado, te hace leer, pronunciar, te corrige. Está atento a cualquier detalle o cualquier necesidad que tengas. Si es necesario o quieres, te pone tareas para la próxima clase, repasamos conceptos de clases anteriores.... Es fantástico! Llevo pocas clases con él pero seguro que avanzaré muchisimo en poco tiempo!

Llevo cerca de mes y medio teniendo clases con Alan, y mi "miedo o vergüenza a hablar han desaparecido por completo". Me ha dado mucha confianza para no tener miedo a cometer fallos, trabarme o pronunciar mal alguna cosa. Alan ha sido mi tercer profesor en esta plataforma, y debo decir que hasta ahora no me he topado con un profesor como él, pero supe que iba a ser un acierto en cuanto ví su video de presentación. Ayuda muchísimo que una persona ame lo que hace como él, su interés, sus exigencias en cada clase y sobre todo la dinámica metafórica que utiliza para que recuerdes sí o sí el significado de todo; se distingue de una enseñanza convencional la cual odio y no era lo que buscaba, así que he acertado de pleno. Para mí Alan tiene mi máximo respeto y mi respaldo, os lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Obtuve sus servicios porque dentro de muy poco me iré a vivir a Nueza Zelanda y buscaba a alguien con un acento más Británico, y se nota. PD: prepárate porque este hombre te va a poner contra las cuerdas. Creo que es la mejor forma de aprender. Muchísimas gracias Alan, estoy muy agradecido, una pena no tener mucho más tiempo para seguir contigo. Ha sido un placer.

• Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
