In the case of wanting to contract the services offered through the Platform as a user, you must create a profile and include your contact details as the account responsible. The account responsible can be either the students themselves or their parents/legal guardians, as applicable. When parents/legal guardians are responsible, they must include their full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.

In any case, we reserve the right to decide on the incorporation or not of your personal data and other information into our databases.

Providing Personal Data requires a minimum age of 16 years or, if applicable, sufficient legal capacity to contract.

For Academies of the Platform:

Identifying you as an Academy and giving you access to the different functionalities available to you as a registered teacher.
Providing a means for you to post ads on the Platform.

Other purposes related to the use of the Platform:

Sending promotions and advertising related to products and services that may be of interest to you (sending newsletters), with your prior express consent.
Managing and monitoring the contractual and pre-contractual relationship with users of the Platform.
