Hi, I'm Frida, a highly qualified and experienced native English teacher from Cameroon. I have 5 years of experience tutoring English to students from around the world and recently got certified as a TEFL teacher. I specialize in teaching English to children, helping students improve their conversational skills. As a certified teacher, I understand how to connect with my students and create a positive and engaging learning environment. I tailor my lessons to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance necessary to excel in their studies. For English for Kids, I use a variety of fun and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective. I focus on building the basic aspects of children's English through phonics, reading, basic grammar and vocabulary, and numbers. At the same time, I help my young students develop their conversational skills through everyday topics and storytelling. For conversational English, I create an atmosphere where my students can practice speaking and listening to improve their fluency and confidence in spoken English. I do this by being supportive, motivating and encouraging; making sure my students speak 70% of the time. While they are practicing, I vamp their skills by providing them the vocabulary and grammar skills they need to be able to apply their conversational skill both in class and in a real-world situation.
