My academic journey, rooted in engineering, has equipped me with a solid mathematical foundation that I can draw upon when teaching algebra. With both a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering, I've had extensive exposure to mathematical concepts, including algebra, which forms the backbone of many engineering disciplines. My two years of teaching experience, during which I instructed students in mathematics, have been invaluable in developing my pedagogical skills. I've honed teaching methods that make algebra more accessible and engaging, particularly for those who may find it challenging. My volunteer teaching experiences in the Russian Federation have expanded my teaching horizons, highlighting the importance of adaptability and effective communication. Teaching students from diverse backgrounds has given me a broader perspective on how to convey mathematical concepts effectively.
