Hello! I am Sonja Lukić. I have a degree in Computer Science and have been working in an insurance company for almost two years.
In the final year of my studies, I was hired by the college I attended as a demonstrator in laboratory exercises. A demonstrator is a person who, along with the lecturer, conducts lab exercises and helps students learn mostly the practical, but also the theoretical part. I was engaged in subjects such as Programming fundamentals (C language), Introduction to object-oriented programming (Visual Basic and C#), Relationas databases (MySQL Server, PowerDesigner), Computer graphics etc.
That's when I first encountered teaching and found myself in it, and that's why I would like to leave my share in this profession and pass on the knowledge I have in order to help people reach their professional goals in the field of programming as easily as possible.

Sono molto chiara,diretta e precisa, i miei alunni frequentano principalmente l'università e tutti hanno superato gli esami per cui hanno richiesto le lezioni. Il mio metodo è semplice dò iniziali conoscenze teoriche che poi verranno concretizzate con esercizi mirati sugli argomenti trattati.
Risultati? Tutti pienamente soddisfatti.
Ho supportato chi doveva sostenere concorsi in cui fosse presente matematica di base, come logaritmi, e espressioni con nozioni anche su geometria, in passato ho fatto lezioni di analisi 1 all'università.
Lavoro per una multinazionale di informatica, gestisco un team di 6-7 persone, mi occupo di programmazione sia backend con Java che frontend con angular.
Parlo molto bene l'inglese in quanto i miei colleghi sono quasi tutti di nazionalità indiana, mi piace insegnare e apprendere continuamente sia a lavoro che nella vita, cerco sempre di coinvolgere gli studenti a imparare e applicare le cose viste a lezione.
Ripeto molte volte le cose al fine di far comprendere meglio gli argomenti svolti, ho una passione per la matematica, cerco sempre di rendere leggere le lezioni per evitare di annoiare chi mi ascolta, ho una lavagnetta elettronica, che mi permette di effettuare senza problemi le lezioni di calcolo, in maniera più disinvolta.
A fine lezione cerco di capire se lo studente in questione è riuscito a capire le cose svolgendo assieme a lui/Lei gli esercizi di fine teoria.
Preparo le lezioni con molto anticipo per evitare di arrivare impreparata quel giorno della lezione.
Cerco di venire incontro a chi ha difficoltà nel seguire le lezioni cercando di trovare una quadra con il tipo di lezione svolta difficile o facile che sia.

Difference between a professor and a “Good” tutor : -
So what is the factor which separates a “TUTOR” from your class professor?
Well, the answer is simple, it’s all about personalization. A professor can just read/teach the topic to the class and it's over. But for a good Tutor, it is just one of the many jobs he/she does. There are many things a tutor has to take care of: -
1. See the level of understanding of the subject by the student.
2. See the type of teaching the student prefers/loves.
3. See whether the student has an understanding of all other related subjects which are required for this particular course or not. If not, teach him about all the related stuff, which may be outside of the syllabus, but is extremely useful.
4. See if the student needs any advice on how to study, manage his/her time, what is the best method of study, the importance of the current subject, etc.
5. See if the student has other problems unrelated to academics, which is harming him/her, and guide the student.
So next time you see any tutor, compare his/her abilities on these parameters also.
