Francesco
I have a decade of experience in the field of music, which I consolidated through a course of study at the Conservatory, culminating with a final grade of 110/110 with honors in the two-year Jazz Singing program. Over the years, in addition to performing live music in various groups, I have been a chorister in the conservatory orchestra and a member of a Gospel group. I have also taught singing and conducted music workshops for children. I have released an album that was awarded by SIAE in the 'For Creators' competition and have performed hundreds of live shows.
I teach modern singing privately and provide lessons on music theory for beginners up to advanced courses. I have participated in numerous vocal and improvisation masterclasses with both Italian and foreign instructors. My teaching method aims to explain the physiology of the vocal apparatus so that students can better understand the purpose of the exercises. This approach delves into all the mechanisms governing our voice and helps avoid unhealthy strain, improving not only technique but also intonation.
I typically structure lessons with a 50% focus on technical exercises and a 50% focus on repertoire study. However, this division can be adjusted according to the student's personal needs. The choice of repertoire is based on shared decisions, although I enjoy recommending personalized listening experiences to each student.
While I have studied Jazz extensively, I am also very interested in the world of pop music in all its facets, and I believe that these two worlds are closely intertwined and influence each other. This is why I have worked in artistic contexts related to both sonic worlds.
