Hi, I am Irene: vocal and piano tutor. I own a First Class Honours Degree from the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, where I specialised in Contemporary Vocal Technique and Performance and I have been teaching both singing and piano to children, teenagers and adults for more than 5 years. My lessons take place online and can be 30 - 45 or 60 minutes long. SINGING LESSONS are structured as follows: - Body and vocal warm-up - Contemporary vocal technique exercises - Repertoire building and performance In the lessons I will help you understand how your voice works and how you can control it in order to improve your tone, your intonation, your power and your vocal agility. We will work on your performance and stagecraft technique and every lesson will represent a safe space for you to explore and discover your potential as a singer. Each session will be tailored to your needs and goals. Whatever you want to achieve, I will be there to help you achieve it! I can also help you prepare for auditions and Rockschool and Trinity's Rock & Pop vocal exams (from debut/initial to grade 8). PIANO LESSONS include: 1) Basics of music theory 2) Piano technique exercises, scales, chords and arpeggios 3) Study of classical or contemporary piano pieces, depending on your preferences 4) Ear training 5) Sight reading In the lessons you will learn how to read sheet music properly, how to recognise rhythms and rhythmic patterns, and how to play the timing accurately and with ease. I will also help you build an efficient practice routine and develop a solid piano technique. Je présente une double compétence : Direction d'Orchestre et Coaching Musical. Après 2 formations de Direction d'Orchestre, j'ai dirigé depuis 15 ans plusieurs Orchestres d'Harmonie associatifs et Classes d'Orchestre en Écoles de musique. Actuellement en poste à Sainte Sigolène (43600). Ajoutées à ma formation autodidacte, je propose mes compétences suivant deux axes principaux : Direction d'orchestre (signature d'une convention) : - orchestres d'harmonie - chœurs - autres (jazz, musique de chambre, brass-band, etc) - classe d'orchestre ou orchestre junior en École de Musique Coaching Musical (apprentissage spécifique, dans un module cadré et limité dans le temps) : - Coaching des élèves pour la préparation du baccalauréat option "musique" - Coaching des élèves pour la préparation du brevet départemental. - Formation musicale adulte - Déchiffrage - Lecture rythmique - Analyse, écriture classique Pour ce module "Coaching", les buts multiples peuvent s'exprimer ainsi : - Répondre en totalité aux besoins (exprimés ou non) des élèves en école de musique en offrant un complément de formation adapté à chacun. - Offrir des nouveautés dans l'apprentissage de la musique. - Permettre à des grands élèves ou des adultes d'acquérir un savoir-faire spécifique en vue d'un objectif musical précis, à travers différents modules possibles. - Cet apprentissage s'acquiert à travers plusieurs modules disponibles, limités dans le temps (volume = 5h. par exemple), et dédiés à une seule thématique chacun (ex. baccalauréat option "musique"). Le but est de répondre de façon personnalisée aux besoins propres face à une échéance particulière. Exemples : candidat au baccalauréat option "musique" qui a besoin d'aide pour écrire une composition personnelle incluse dans les épreuves du baccalauréat ou pour comprendre le système de chiffrage des accords. Ce seront de grands élèves ou des adultes motivés pour recevoir un apprentissage spécifique, dans un module cadré et limité dans le temps.
