Welcome to my personal training, swimming and triathlon classes! Where I combine my skills as a master's graduate in Sports Science, a student of Human Nutrition, a FIN Head Swimming Coach, a FIPE Personal Trainer and a FITRI Triathlon Instructor, to offer a complete and personalized experience. My lessons are designed to meet the needs of everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.
Personal Training: I use a variety of training techniques, including functional training, resistance exercises, and high intensity training (HIIT). Each program is customized to individual goals, which may include weight loss, muscle toning, improved strength and endurance, and increased mobility.
In-Water Training: Swim sessions include style improvement techniques, resistance training, and exercises to improve technique and efficiency in the water. Sessions are suited to all levels, from beginner to competitive swimmers, with a focus on improving technique and developing cardiovascular endurance.
