I live in Cape Town, South Africa, the most beautiful city in the world. I have been working in the tourism, Food and Beverage industry for almost 20 years now. This gave me the opportunity to travel extensively and collaborate with international guests and colleagues. I love working with people and mostly end up as a training manager, mentor, and coach in every establishment I have ever worked. I am very patient and understanding. I understand that we have all different learning modes and unique experiences, which dictate the way we understand, retain, and assimilate information. It is always important to adapt your techniques to your student’s needs, and create a safe environment, where they can learn and grow. I am comfortable working with all ages.

Vivo en Ciudad del Cabo, Sudáfrica, la ciudad más hermosa del mundo. Llevo casi 20 años trabajando en la industria del turismo, Alimentos y Bebidas. Esto me dio la oportunidad de viajar mucho y colaborar con invitados y colegas internacionales. Me encanta trabajar con personas y, en su mayoría, termino como gerente de capacitación, mentora y entrenadora en todos los establecimientos en los que he trabajado. Soy muy paciente y comprensivo. Entiendo que todos tenemos diferentes modos de aprendizaje y experiencias únicas, que dictan la forma en que entendemos, retenemos y asimilamos la información. Siempre es importante adaptar sus técnicas a las necesidades de sus alumnos y crear un entorno seguro, donde puedan aprender y crecer. Me siento cómodo trabajando con todas las edades.
