I am happy to have the opportunity to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Larbi Ialiji. I am very interested in mathematics and education. I have 12 years of experience as a mathematics teacher and have had the opportunity to work with students from varied backgrounds and skill levels. Whether it's helping students who struggle to understand difficult concepts or challenging advanced students to push their limits, I get great pleasure from supporting students on their mathematical journey. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed. I believe in fostering a growth mindset, encouraging perseverance, and celebrating the progress and successes of each individual.
