In my last job, I was a full-stack software engineer in a large company, working mostly on the backend. Surrounded by top professionals, I gained invaluable experience of the latest industry standards, technologies and work practices. I qualified myself through an excellent and complex bachelor thesis and by participating in real digitalization projects and internships where I acted as project manager and once even as a solo developer. Now I am an entrepreneur/freelancer and am trying to build something of my own. I am also working on my Master's degree bit by bit. At the beginning of my career, like many computer science students, I had extreme difficulties in my first degree. In fact, I even dropped out. Fortunately, I had good influence and was encouraged to try again with my studies and also to consider the field of computer science again. The pace and approach to learning was different and suddenly I found it much easier. This heightened my interest and I began to delve deeper into programming in my free time as early as the first semester and became a high achiever. During my bachelor's degree and even a few years later, fellow students and students from subsequent years approached me and asked me for tutoring. I was able to help many of them through the hurdles I once had myself. At some point, I noticed how much enthusiasm teaching brings out in me and I realized why my fellow students must have approached me. Since then I have been teaching professionally and actively working on my own tried and tested learning program and methodology with the aim of opening my own programming school. My learning approach is based on letting you set the pace and only demanding what you are already capable of. This eliminates the time and performance pressure and provides an ideal learning environment. The program is also co-determined by you. We agree together on which topics are relevant to you and how deep we will go into them so that the learning program matches your interests and requirements.
