My name is Esmaiel and I am an Iranian. I am an experienced English teacher who has been working for more than 13 years on a full-time basis. I have obtained a bachelor's degree in English teaching and a master's in linguistics. I am a Celta Certified English teacher as well; I have done my Celta Course in ITI Istanbul. As for my methods of instruction, I typically go through presentation, practice and then production. I give instructions clearly, set up the tasks efficiently and then provide feedback both on content and language in an efficient way. I use my students' creativity to elicit the meaning of useful language rather than explaining it to have more student-centered instruction minimizing teacher talking time.
In terms of my personality, I respect people who have different opinions, nationalities and religions. I get along well with my students, inspiring them to broaden their horizons as well. I am patient, kind and have a good sense of humor. I can work well with technology to handle the classes too.
