Hector
My name is Héctor, and despite my young age, I have gained three years of experience training with coaches who could easily be considered among the best in the country. They have trained me using the same methods applied to professional athletes. During these three years, I have learned how to structure training programs, both in general terms and specifically tailored to different sports.
From a very young age, I have played baseball, competing at the highest national level and participating in international tournaments. I have had the opportunity to play in various European countries as well as in places where baseball is one of the most important sports, such as San Francisco and New York.
Additionally, I am fortunate to have experience as a trainer, having worked with both athletes and individuals seeking to improve their physical condition or engage in functional training.
My training sessions last one hour and are structured into three blocks. Each block consists of three exercises, repeated three times. These exercises are performed without rest, followed by a one-minute break before starting the next set. Between blocks, there is a two-minute rest period.
I design my training sessions this way to ensure that, within just one hour, we work on strength, endurance, explosiveness, coordination, and stability. It is important to note that this training model applies primarily to individuals who do not practice a specific sport or do not have athletic performance goals.
If someone wants to train to improve in their sport, part of the workout will remain the same since certain fundamentals apply to all sports. However, we will also incorporate specific exercises tailored to their sport, allowing them to enhance their performance effectively.
