Mi experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante, mi hija ha recibido dos clases: la primera fue bien, toma de contacto, estuvo atendida y recibió una clase particular; la segunda no se puede llamar clase. Su hijo se hizo daño, cosa que entiendo que puede pasar, pero lo cogió en brazos y estuvo toda la clase con él, atendiendo más a su hijo que al alumno, y enfocando primero al niño, y después su propia frente. Le he escrito para ver si podíamos recuperar la clase, ante lo que me ha recomendado contactar con classgap y cambiar de profesor.

Las clases de Luschka son muy amenas, son variadas, cada día vemos una cosa diferente. Practicamos lectura, gramática, comprensión... Ella se preocupa porque las clases te parezcan atractivas y no te aburras. Ella tiene un acento neutro y aunque mi nivel de ingles no es muy alto la entiendo bastante bien. Es una profesora excelente

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
