Hello, I'm teacher Kelly and I'm a native English speaker from the UK. I completed my TEFL in Asia and have over 7 years teaching experience with kids and adults from a combination of working in schools and also online. My students tell me I have a clear and easy neutral accent that is easy to understand. They often comment on my relaxed and fun energy in my lessons. When working with children I create vibrant and interactive lessons that include phonics, writing & reading. After each class a worksheet or activity can be given. When working with adults I also like to create engaging lessons. Learning grammar is stressful and I like to focus more on conversation and simplified explanations. We learn about phrasal verbs, idioms and lots of other things a new learner should need to be able to understand and speak like a native. As a teacher I believe it is important to make the students feel comfortable and give them a safe space to learn and not to be afraid to make mistakes. Learning a new language is not easy it takes time and dedication, I understand this and try to build the students confidence as much as possible. • Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
