Pura vida! I'm Javi from Costa Rica, an avid sharer of knowledge. I've worked as an industrial engineer and as a passionate educator most of my adult life. Pura vida! I'm Javi from Costa Rica, an avid sharer of knowledge. I've worked as an industrial engineer and as a passionate educator most of my adult life. By sheer luck, at 18, I started helping my classmates with math. I enjoyed it amazingly, it felt natural to me. It was such an epic experience that I have never stopped coaching and teaching since. A side bonus I’ve experienced from these passions is having the opportunity to see a bit of the world. In addition to Costa Rica, I have been fortunate to live and teach in Spain, China and the Netherlands. To experience living abroad and being able to learn from those cultures was invaluable for my personal path. Finalmente, siento que es importante compartir mi creencia que todo ser humano tiene el potencial de ser genio. Lamentablemente la mayoría de la gente no siente que lo es, y esto en gran parte es gracias a malos maestros. Siento que la educación tradicional es fenomenal para destruir las habilidades naturales de los niños y no comparto sus métodos. Mi forma de enseñar se enfoca y se adapta a la manera de aprender que más le beneficie al estudiante. Lastly, I find it is important to share that I believe every human has the potential for genius. Sadly, most people feel they are not; this is greatly thanks to terrible teachers. I feel the traditional way of educating is phenomenal to destroy a child's natural abilities. I don’t follow traditional cookie cutter approaches. My way is a tailored teaching approach focused entirely on benefitting the learner. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?
